Monday: the office is open from 10 am - 7 pm
Tuesday: the office is open from 10 am - 7 pm.
Wednesday: the office is open from 10 am - 3 pm.
Thursday: the office is open from 10 am - 4 pm.
Friday: the office is open from 10 am - 3 pm.
Saturday: the office is closed.
Office hours are by appointment - "walk-in" patients are seen as soon as possible. Appointments are encouraged although not always possible - we understand and always do out best to accomodate.
Welcome to The Oral Surgery & Implant Center of OSEI: Elizabeth - Your Center for Comprehensive Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine, Pathology and Surgery... providing excellence in the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Endodontics - services can be provided under local and/or general anesthesia. All professional services are delivered by M. John Matos, DDS (OMFS) , Maurice Srour, DDS (OMFS) and/or Carla Dersarkissian, DDS, MS (ENDO). We look forward to welcoming you to our family of patients. We are always at your service.
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency service. Kindly call the office, after-hours the answering service will pick up if you press "0" and either connect you to the doctor or make him aware of your call. Please be patient, your call will be answered as quickly as possible. In the event of a life-threatinging situation call '911' or go to the nearest emergency room (for infections, especially those spreading towards the eyes or the neck, or severe pain which requires immediate management).
NOTE: If you have a Consultation Appointment and do not call the office at least the day of the procedure (before your appointment) you will be charged a "No Call/No Show Fee", this fee will be due prior to making your next appointment, payable in person - No Checks. If you had a Surgical Appointment the fee is greater based on the time reserved for your surgery, it is posted in the office. Again, this fee will be due prior to making the next appointment. No exceptions. Oral Surgery, Endodontics & Implants / OSEI: Elizabeth reserves the right to appoint elective procedures and refuse appointments to those who do not respect office policy. This policy is for business reasons and not personal - it applies to all patients regardless of insurance or third party payor policies.
NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES - Your private health information (PHI) is most secure with OSEI: Elizabeth (Oral Surgery, Endodontics & Implant Center). Our Privacy Practices are conducted in accordance with the HIPPA Legislation. Upon registration with our office you will be given a copy of our Privacy Practices and we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Our Policy for Privacy Practices is also posted in the office waiting room. Any questions regarding our Privacy Practices should be directed to Dr. Matos.
Due to our emergency services and the nature of "surgery" we often run late... feel free to call us and check on our schedule... We appreciate your patience and promise to deliver the quality care and repect our patients deserve and expect. We are always willing to assist you in any way we can!
